The Standard Maintenance Agreement   $125

Includes the following once a year in the beginning of the season:

• Removal of the fence (if fence is erect all year round).

• Thorough cleaning of all deck sleeves and fence.

• Any minor repairs to the fence and cement footings.
  Such minor repairs include:
     - mesh pulling from border of a custom cut.
     - minor settling of ground from heavy rain causing footing to unsecure or become loose.
     - tension of fence pulling bricks up, etc.

• A full safety check of fence hardware (This includes: making sure all latches are working properly and are free of sticking, checking Self-Closing Self-Locking gates so it closes every time including adjustment of hinges, latch body, and catch.)

• Replacement of any missing fence caps

• Fence to then be erected and connected back together.

The Full Service Agreement     $200

Includes the following twice a year in the beginning of the season and at the end of the season:

• Removal of the fence (if fence is erect all year round)
